We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you’re not happy with your item, we offer a hassle-free return policy.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@paida.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions:
* Unused and Unworn: The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
* Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging.
Return and Refund Process:
* Contact Customer Service: Contact our customer support team to obtain a return authorization number (RA#) and return shipping instructions.
* Package Your Return: Carefully package the item(s) and include the RA# on the package.
* Ship Your Return: Ship the package to the return address provided by our customer service team.
* Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Please note:
* Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
* Sale Items: Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned for a refund.
* Damaged or Defective Items: If your package is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
